Join us (virtually) for a town hall discussion:

Telemedicine: Racial Disparities, Access to Care, and Affordable Prescription Drugs

Wednesday, September 9, 2020

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

During this critical time, California must ensure all residents are able to receive the health services and medications they need. Telemedicine can play an important role in filling the healthcare gaps that exist during stay-at-home orders, as well as providing an effective means of delivery even once the pandemic ends.

I will be moderating a panel discussion on this issue, as well as providing an update on the state's response to COVID-19 and other issues that were legislated in the 2020 session.

Joining me are:

Constance Kirk, MHA

Imperial Beach Community Clinic

and

Dr. David Hayes-Bautista

UCLA Center for the Study of Latino Health and Culture
